Q: How long does it normally take to ship?

You should receive your order in 7-10 Business Days from the date of ordering. Actual times may vary due to Holidays, excessive volume of orders or backordered items.

Q: What if I make a mistake while ordering? How can I correct or cancel an order?

Contact Customer Service immediately at toll-free at 1-888-395-3469. (8:30 AM and 10:00 PM EST Mon.-Fri) Orders process the next business day. We will do our best to correct it prior to processing. If for any reason the order processes before Customer Service is able to correct the issue, you may request an exchange or return items within 30 Days of receipt.

Q: What color should I choose?

Pink (Light) - If you are very fair, burn before you tan, and your skin has pink or porcelain under tones you should choose pink.
Yellow (Light or Medium) - If you are Caucasian and have beige or yellow undertones you should choose Yellow. Asian or Light Mixed Race also fall into Yellow.
Olive (Medium) - If you are Mediterranean, Latino, a Fair-skinned African American, or dark mixed-race, then you should choose Olive.
Brown (Dark) - If you are African American, deep complexioned Indian or any other dark skin color then you should choose Brown.

Q: Why does the Infomercial say 30 Day Trial for $29.95 but I am billed 3 payments?

Lauren is certain that once you try her makeup you will be completely happy with it. She offers you a 30 Day trial at just $29.95 (plus shipping & handling). Once you decide that you love the product you will be billed the remaining price in just 2 easy payments of $29.95. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return the product and we will refund your purchase price of $29.95 (less shipping & handling).

Q: Do you offer a money back guarantee? What if I want to return Lauren's make up? What if I get the wrong color?

We offer a 30-Day return/exchange policy. If you choose the wrong color and would like an exchange or if you wish to return the product for a refund, contact Customer Service at 1-888-395-3469 (toll free). (8:30 AM and 10:00 PM EST Mon.-Fri). You do not need an RMA number to return your product. Our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to provide you with details and a return shipping address.

Q: How long does the makeup last?

The Face Disc should last 90 Days but may vary depending on the amount of coverage you need. Remember, a little goes a long way, so don't over apply. Lauren's makeup is unique and should not be applied like regular makeup. See the full instruction brochure and video for application.

Q: What age do you have to be to use Lauren's makeup?

Lauren's Make up was made for mature women who just want to look their best without looking "made up". Although our core customer base is between the ages of 35 to 65, the ages vary from teen to centenarian. Lauren's make up is formulated for mature women with no mica, pearl or filler, all of which falls into lines and wrinkles making them more apparent. The powder formulations also have less pigment than "normal" make up because as women age their color begins to fade so highly pigmented make up can give you that "clown" look.

Q: Are Lauren Hutton's products hypoallergenic/fragrance free?

Lauren's products are dermatologist tested and hypoallergenic. While we strive to create a product that is right for everyone, we suggest consulting your physician if you have any major concerns. Most of Lauren's products are fragrance free. However, our Skin Care products do contain some fragrance.

Q: Are your kits refillable or do I have to buy a whole new kit every time I run out of something?

Our kits are designed with magnetized bottoms so that you can pop the empty pan out and replace the individual components.

Q: Do you do any animal testing?

No. We do not do animal testing. Lauren is our guinea pig.

Q: Do you share my information with other companies? How do I protect my privacy when ordering with your company?
