HERE’S THE TRICK: Start off by outlining your lips with your Free Lip Pencil—a natural-looking shade that will complement a vast range of lipstick colors. Then dab on some of my nourishing Lip Balm that tingles and evokes memories of that "First Kiss."
Let the lip balm absorb, then with a clean, dry finger using a circular motion on the blush, open mouth and gently pat inside your lip all the way across one side to the other. Be sure to use soft, tiny pats and a different clean finger every time you touch the blush pan to add more color to your lips.
